Cesa del Louf is an exclusive environment, stripped of all modern fictions, sober, minimalist, surrounded by nature. The chalet is located in an exclusive position, at 1700 meters high, which guarantees maximum protection and privacy for guests, the closest buildings are located in the town of Arabba 700 meters away. Cesa del louf, approximately 800 sqm, can comfortably accommodate 10 people in 5 suites with the possibility of adding 9 beds. The attention given to local and antique materials during the renovation will give you the opportunity to live the experience of staying in an old alpine hutte combining modern design and high rank comforts: 4 fireplaces, a cinema room and a fully-equipped wellness area.

Location
Is the chalet easily reachable, given that it's in a very reserved area? How far is Cesa del Louf from all of the attractions in the surroundings?
Access is only possible from a private gravel road, which can be traveled by any car; in winter it is possible to use the private snowcat; if requested the private road could be kept clean from the snow and therefore it could be accessed by car even in the winter.
Cesa del Louf is very close to some of the most beautiful attractions of the area. It is 2 hours away from Verona, Garda's Lake, Venice and the Adriatic coast by car. The town of Arabba is only 700 metres away, whereas the starred restaurants of the Rosa Alpina Hotel and the La Perla Hotel are only 10 minutes away by car. Moreover the chalet has its own private heliport, from which you can take the helicopter and reach some of the most beautiful cities and attractions nearby very quickly. You can reach Venice in 45 minutes, Garda's Lake in 55 minutes and Cortina d'Ampezzo in 10 minutes by helicopter.

The capacity of beds at Cesa del Louf can reach up to 19 beds. The suites are designed for couples, but each one of them includes a mezzanine where it is possible to add a bed (no bunk beds).
Yes, with your booking you have full access to the wellness area and the cinema room. The wellness area is fully-equipped and it includes the following amenities: Indoor swimming pool with counter-current swimming system, Whirlpool with shower, Sauna, Steam bath, Emotional shower, Locker room, Relax area and an External lounge. There is a set of additional services that you can require when you book your stay with us, such as a masseur, a babysitting service, airport transfer, car rental, laundry service...

No, the booking does not include your meals. However in our additional services you can require the presence of a local or international cook/chef for the entire duration of the stay. In addition to these services, Cesa del Louf's kitchen is fully-equipped and includes the best technologies, so if you love cooking and feel like it know that you have full access to our kitchen.
Yes, the Michelin-starred restaurants St. Hubertus at the Rosa Alpina Hotel and La Stüa de Michil at the La Perla Hotel are both 10 minutes away by car from our chalet.

Can I rent skis and snowshoes when I get there? Are there any outdoor activities for the spring/summer season?
Yes, in the town of Arabba you can find all of the equipments for walking, biking and skiing for sports enthusiasts of all levels and in all seasons.
There are also snowshoes and sledges at our chalet. The sledges can be used with the private ski lift located in the property's park.
The town of Arabba is the ideal destination for those who want to fully enjoy their passion for racing bikes and mountain bikes. Every year it hosts important bike events: the Maratona dles Dolomites on the roads of the Dolomites, the Sellaronda Bike Day around the Sella Group, the Dolomites Bike Day on the passes of Valparola, Falzarego and Campolongo and Hero, the hardest mountain bike race in the world.
Other activities that can be done include: Trekking, Tennis and Golf.
As a matter of fact, thanks to its central location in the heart of the Dolomites, Arabba is the ideal starting point for many excursions throughout the year.
Marmolada, the highest peak of the Dolomites, can be reached by skiing in 30 minutes or by walking in 2,5 hours from Arabba cableway – PortaVescovo during the summer season.
In the summer, on the way to Corvara (only 10 minutes away from the chalet) you can find the Alta Badia golf club with a 9-hole course with an overall par of 72 and fantastic scenery.
