• There are four bathrooms, including three in the main residence and one shared by the two bedrooms in the adjoining shepherd's house.

• The main house contains three double bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with its own sitting area, fireplace, dressing room and sea views.

• Two additional double bedrooms are located in the adjoining shepherd's house, one with a fireplace, providing extra privacy from the main residence.

• The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room with fireplace, along with a guest toilet.

• Outside, a private panoramic swimming pool overlooks the valley as it descends towards the Mediterranean.

• The pool is seasonally heated from April to October, excluding summer and subject to weather conditions.

• A large outdoor kitchen, dining terrace and lounge sit above the pool, creating generous space for outdoor living.

• Private wellness facilities include a hammam and relaxation room built into a natural grotto, opening towards the Lion of Roccapina.

• Air conditioning is available throughout the property.

• The estate's guest beach is approximately 15 minutes away by car, La Table de la Ferme 12 minutes and La Table de la Grotte around 5 minutes.

• Domaine de Murtoli is a five-star hospitality estate in the Vallée de l'Ortolo near Sartène, in southern Corsica, combining secluded private accommodation with personalised services.

• Pets are not permitted inside the accommodation, restaurants or equipped beaches; limited outdoor-only exceptions may be possible for countryside properties with prior approval.
