Imagine waking to nothing but birdsong and the soft clang of distant cowbells, the morning light pooling on arolla pine walls, horses grazing just beyond the glass. This is Wiesenglück - five timber lodges adrift in alpine meadow at the quiet end of a South Tyrolean valley, where time slows to the rhythm of clouds crossing a wide blue sky. Summer brings wildflowers to the doorstep and the irresistible temptation to set a table amid the grass for a slow aperitivo beneath drifting clouds. Winter blankets the meadows in white, the fire crackles within, and the valley settles into a hushed stillness that invites nothing more than slow days and long, unhurried evenings.

Highlights
Nights in Swiss Pine — pine walls, fresh mountain air and the particular quality of sleep that only comes at 1,500 metres in a room that smells of forest
Still in Bed, Already Outside — the glazing pulls the landscape so close that the meadow and peaks feel like part of the room.
Breakfast in Bathrobes — the basket delivered, the terrace in full sun, no dining room, no schedule, no shoes.
Barefoot Summer Days — private garden, open meadow, warm grass.
Out the Door, on the Trail — hiking paths directly from the property in summer, cross-country skiing from the lodge and the village lift steps away in winter.
Snowfall from the Hot Tub — warm spring water, crisp air, snowflakes dissolving on the surface while the surroundings turn into white.
The Sound of Nothing — no traffic, no background hum — just birds, bees and cowbells in summer and peaceful snow-silence in winter.
Alpine Comfort Food — from raclette, to fondue, or traditional South Tyrolean dishes, all served in the chalet on one’s own terms.
