Immersed in fragrant, lavender-rich gardens and looking out across the vine-striped hills of Southern Styria, Golden Hill is infused with a Mediterranean warmth rarely found in Austria. Six solid-wood chalets and one glass-walled panorama loft offer private spas, freestanding copper bathtubs, and terrace saunas that open onto nothing but green, while a natural swimming pond and champagne lounge provide shared spaces of equal refinement. Add to this hosts Barbara and Andreas Reinisch, whose attentive but unhurried care elevates every detail, and the result is a retreat where slowing down happens without effort.
