The main villa spreads across two floors and accommodates four guests in two generously proportioned super-king bedrooms, each with its own marble-clad en-suite bathroom fitted to a hotel standard and featuring large walk-in showers with rainfall heads.
The sitting room is a particularly characterful space, its ancient beamed ceiling and arched stone stairway giving it the settled dignity of a room that has been lived in well, while carefully chosen sofas, ikat-patterned cushions and a wood-burning fireplace ensure the atmosphere is warm rather than austere.
The kitchen is a substantial, fully equipped room with deep blue cabinetry set against black marble worktops and original beamed ceilings — a thoughtful detail that gives it a character quite distinct from the anonymous efficiency of most villa kitchens.
The separate guest annexe provides two additional super-king en-suite bedrooms, each with its own exterior access, offering the privacy of independent accommodation while remaining within the shared compound — a configuration particularly well suited to two couples or a family with older children.
