Here you decelerate and relax in an extraordinary atmosphere. Chalets designed with great attention to detail, merged with the rolling hills of the alpine pastures in the middle of authentic nature await you.

In the chalets you experience equipment and material quality of the finest. Down to the smallest detail, value was placed on natural materials and high-quality furnishings, which offers space for 2 to 8 people.
Wellness
On the 50m² large terrace with a view of the starry sky and the wide Lavant Valley there is a whirlpool.
The natural bathing pond offers the guests of our chalets a soothing wellness experience in the fresh mountain air. Enjoy the view of the valley while swimming or make yourself comfortable on the larch wood jetty.
An experience - whether summer or winter, spring or autumn
On the Brandlalm there are many hiking trails from easy to challenging. Here you can make pleasant half-day or day trips. A reservoir with swimming possibility is only two hours walk away - a great experience!
Three managed huts are located in the immediate vicinity. Here regional food is offered.
Heading north, you will reach the skiing and hiking area Koralpe after a few hours.
Also on the bike or e-bike you will find many opportunities for excursions and explorations.
In winter, the alpine pastures are perfect for unpacking your snowshoes, bobsled, or touring skis!

Magnificent view with platform and circular hiking trail
A viewing platform very close to the chalets was built directly on a rocky outcrop. Here you can explore the Lavant Valley. If the view is clear, you can even see as far as the Großglockner!
The viewing platform is located on an adventure trail that is one kilometer long and leads through a gentle forest landscape. Various stations have been set up here where nature can be explored. Let yourself be surprised!
Self-catering and alpine huts
As a guest of the Brandlalm Chalets you are self-sufficient. In the regional pantry - especially for our guests - you can buy fresh regional products from summer 2021. In addition, we offer you a delivery service.
In the huts around the area - accessible from 10 to 50 minutes walk - hearty snacks and hearty lunches are served.

The Brandlalm Chalets are exclusively for adults who want to escape from everyday life for a while, to recharge their batteries, to enjoy their honeymoon, or to hold an imaginative meeting. Therefore, the minimum age of our guests is from 16 years.

What are the differences between the chalets? Can the chalet be booked for single use or are other bookings accepted?
The upper floors of the chalets are identical and completely furnished the same way. The only difference are the 3 themed rooms. In chalet Duir there is a hunting room with cooking stove and rustic dining table, in chalet Tinne imaginative seminars and workshops can be held in the seminar room and chalet Ruis has the cuddle nest with free-standing bathtub. The booked chalet is exclusively for single use. No other bookings are accepted.

What do the chalet names mean? Will I get bed linen and terrycloth equipment on side?
There is a deep bond between people and trees. Therefore, the chalets were given names from the Celtic tree circle.
Ruis - linden and stands for love and security.
Tinne - maple and is associated with freedom and spirit
Duir - oak is associated with nature and hunting
Beith - birch and embodies joie de vivre and vitality

Is it possible to book breakfast as well? How far is the nearest restaurant?
Yes, it is because it’s included. Upon arrival, you will find a breakfast set consisting of regional and organic products from the region. So you can sit back and enjoy from the first moment.
We promise you that you will forget the time, pause at the sight of the stars and experience every moment intensively.
Within a range of 5 - 50 minutes walk - Delicious lunch and regional snacks are available from May to October in the surrounding huts. The Stiftshütte, the Steinberger Hütte and the Gundischer Hütte there are three managed alpine huts near our chalets.
Wienerschnitzel, roast pork, Carinthian cheese noodles, fine homemade pastries, fresh Buchteln, Brettljausen and much more are served there.

Can I go hiking or biking near the chalets?
The Brandlalm is nestled in a beautiful high plateau with various hiking trails. In the near future, a mountain bike trail park will also be built, which will run next to the resort.
